Our local forecast for the next 48 hours has changed dramatically in the last couple of hours; from 0 to 2 inches to 3 to 6+ inches. Some meteorologist are even talking about an 'Albuquerque low', which usually dumps snow on the Palmer divide. I try not to get excited until I see snow on the ground, and this current forecast could certainly change again. But if this next storm pans out on the high side, not only should we be able to open back up within a couple of days, but it might set us up very nicely for the rest of the season. Think snow!
