Liability Waiver Required
Memberships are now being accepted for the 2024-2025 season, and if purchased before 15 November, will include a 'snow guarantee' (50% of your membership cost this season will be applied to the purchase of next season's pass if we have fewer than 15 day's of local skiing). Your membership will allow us to buy supplies (rental equipment and additional trail grooming equipment) and cover the cost of trail grooming for the upcoming ski season, allowing us to better serve the community with local cross country skiing when conditions allow.

Membership includes a trail card allowing you unlimited access to the groomed ski trails, Winter 2024-25, when the trails are open (typically Dec-Mar, snow permitting). Individual, family, and Country Club at Woodmoor member cards are available. Membership also gives you the opportunity to join our below-MSRP early season order of ski equipment, plus discounts on rentals. Donations with or without membership can be purchased here.

Membership requires signing a Liability Waiver. We will mail your membership card to you, or can coordinate a time to meet you at the rental center after you make your purchase. A signed liability waiver is required. Woodmoor Nordic Nonprofit is a 501(c)3 tax exempt nonprofit organization (EIN 86-2231471). Your membership and donations are tax exempt. If your donations are more than $250, please contact us at woodmoornordic@woodmoornordic.org for an IRS compliant letter for your tax deductible donation.
