End of local ski season--think snow winter 2025-'26!

The Country Club at Woodmoor is having us pull all the ski trail signs and remove our rental gear from their golf pro shop as they prepare to re-open for golf; thus, our local season is done for this winter.

Although we had 17 days of local skiing this winter, this was below our recent average, and a far cry from what I expected given our early winter storm in November. We had several decent storms during the winter, but too many warm days in between to get any consistency going to sustain us between snowstorms. You just can't ever predict front range weather....

We will be having a non-profit board meeting next month, and then will provide an update on any changes or plans for next winter. Until then, we still have many more weeks (months?) of decent skiing up in the mountains, so enjoy it while you can!

I hope everyone enjoyed the recent spring snowfall! Although this winter was among our worst ever (across the entire state of CO), the current long range forecast for next year is looking promising--
