Due to the expected warm temperatures (possibly mid-40s) Friday, we will be temporarily closing the trails around noon tomorrow, but assuming the warmer day doesn't cause any trail damage, we expect to re-open Saturday morning (when there is a chance for snow). Our non- profit doesn't have the expensive grooming equipment (or local snow depth) required to fix the trails if it gets too soft, heavily rutted, and then refreezes.
Conditions were still good today, and we moved more snow to the few thin, grassy spots (which will be regroomed in the morning). Think snow!
