3 trails opening tomorrow morning!

We collectively had 4 volunteers put in over 19 hours of trailwork today, and repeatedly rolled all 5 of our ski trails. Three of them will be final-groomed (hopefully even classic tracks!) tomorrow morning and open to the public for skiing: the Green Loop, Green-blue loop, and the Blue-black connector trails. The other two need more snow and preparation before they can be safely skied.
Season pass holders are welcome to hop on the trails a bit after 8am (we may still be grooming depending on the overnight snowfall), and hopefully any day-pass skiers can as well, although there is a chance the Country Club at Woodmoor could have a delayed opening if it continues to snow all night. Also, we have not yet been able to move all our rental gear into the Golf Pro Shop (they were literally still golfing a day or two ago ;- ), so rentals will NOT BE AVAILABLE until hopefully this weekend.
Unfortunately much of this snow will likely melt given the expected warmer temperatures (mid-50s) next week, but some of the snow we groomed should persist until the next storm. I think we can at least get 3-4 days of local skiing out of it, lasting until Saturday or Sunday?
Finally, of course, we have a flurry of emails from folks asking about season passes or lessons as a result of this recent snowstorm. We will follow up with each of you shortly, but please keep in mind that as a non-profit Nordic Center, our volunteers are typically busy once the snow arrives preparing the trails (vs. mailing out season passes), and we can't start lessons until we have our rental shop open and ideal snow conditions on the trails for learning. We are doing the best we can, but we all have other jobs and/or priorities.... Thanks in advance--think snow!
