Wanted: CPA assistance for establishing a 1099 employee

Our non-profit organization has reached a turning point where we hope to have our first seasonal paid position this winter (versus being all-volunteer run) to help oversee the seasonal Nordic ski season operations. We are looking for a licensed CPA who has experience in this arena, and would be willing to assist our non-profit going forward.
